The 2026 Annual General Meeting of the NWT & Nunavut Chamber of Mines will be held on November 25, 2026, from Noon to 1PM Mountain Time at:

You can download the meeting materials here, and the proxy form can be downloaded here. Every member in good standing has the right to appoint a proxy holder to attend, act and vote for that member at the Annual General Meeting.

If you intend to attend in person or remotely, you must indicate your intention to do so via email to membership@miningnorth.com by 5pm on November 20, 2026. The link for remote access will be shared on request.

NOTE: only members in good standing can vote at the Annual General Meeting. If you have not already paid your membership dues, please do so before the meeting date.
